Miss Legs

Mollie's hilarious new hip hop teacher told her on the first day of his class "Until I know your name, I will call you Miss Legs!" HA! He's right!

"Talk about a shiny penny"

Said grandpa after an hour long Skype session showcasing Kendall's highest excitement level, biggest smile and best dance moves!  I just love that quote and think it describes her perfectly :)

Go Grasshoppers

In all honesty, I can say this is one of the cutest things I have EVER seen.
And KK was quite impressive!  Way to get after it Kendall!
You even dribbled down the entire field and scored a goal.  It was on the wrong goal, but still very impressive demonstration of skills :)

The Perfect Plan B!

Team Lightening's first soccer game was cancelled,
so a group of the players and their fans spent the day doing something just as fun!

Memorial Day

Lake Time, Hang Time was so much fun!

In addition to crazy poses off the pier, Mollie dominated on water skis after Nana's ski camp gift.  It was SO COOL TO WATCH!!!!!!
And Papa got crazy with the kiddos on the tube. What a trooper!
Mollie and Nana even snuck in some relaxation!
Cheers to a happily exhausting weekend!  Thanks Nana and Papa!

Star of the week

And guess who she wanted to bring for show and tell?!

These shoes were made for walkin'

KK decided she wanted to walk to school today.
I thought it would be a bit long, but she was smiling the whole way.
And I enjoyed the time with her.
And look who was waiting for her when we arrived...

Sienna's first day of school!!!!
So sweet to have them together.

KK's First Day of Pre-K!

And she's off!!!

This happy girl celebrated her back to school with pancake monkeys, big hugs from her sis, and a last minute shy moment of uncertainty before I gave her a hug and sent her to Mrs. Pennington.  Before I picked her up, I had the photo of her and her friends from above in my inbox.  And when I got her, she said with a smile..."see mama, you didn't have to miss me!"

I interview her about back to school...

Q: What are you most excited about this upcoming school year?
KK: My brand new teacher

Q: What do you think will be the most fun?
KK: Gianna.  I love Gianna.  And Annabelle is coming!

Q: What are you most nervous about?
KK:  To talk to Mrs. Pennington.

Q: What is one thing you want to learn?
KK: Spanish.

Q: What was your favorite back to school celebration?
KK: Movie night with popcorn.

KK, you are going to have so much fun this year with your friends, your new teacher and your Spanish :)  I love you and will miss spending my mornings with you.
