SO THIS IS HAPPENING!

And it might be my very favorite achievement since walking.  WOW!  After yelling at me once for letting go, and a little bit of sulking, she was off and begging me to let go.  SO SO COOL to chase after her as she pedals down the street and Dad and KK cheer from the driveway.

The Griswolds are back

It was a three man job to wire up this tree, and took Uncle Josh to spot Daddy while he used BBQ tongs to get the star on top.  She is a BEAUTY! And we are thrilled she didn't poke through the roof.

The girls were super helpful with the trimming this year.  

They helped with our tree, but I think most of the ornaments actually ended up on their little guy.

Watching them with the ornaments up on the ladder, WOW, these little ladies seemed big.  

Magical weekend kicking off the holidays!

The lumberjacks hit the Walls Family Christmas Tree farm again this year!

And we went bigger and better than ever.

Thanks to an immediate spot by Aunt Annie, the beauty behind our family pic is now in our living room.  And Mollie got to pick out a Charlie Brown for Grandma and Grandpa, which she was proud to drag alongside her Dad!  A perfect outing on a 75 degree day with the entire Sieger clan!

TURKEY DAY!

Our day to be so very grateful was kicked off with the Turkey Trot on a sunny, chilly fall day, and capped off with the SIXTH annual Hanratty Open, and most importantly  every member of our family together!

The highlight of the trot was the face painting for the girls and the pre-meal calorie burn for the adults.  Then we geared up for dinner for 20 and an exciting bags tournament that, likely due to the cheerleading, netted us two trophies for our mantle :)  Exception day of gratitude and laughter!

Grandfriend's Day for KK

Kendall has been asking about her grandparents coming to her school for about a month.  The day finally came and she was SO excited for her turn to host!  Grandpa said she looked like she had jumping beans for breakfast, as she was just bouncing off the walls at school!  She took her visitors for a sample of her music class and to make turkey in her art classroom.  Lucky little, very happy lady!

Grandfriend's Day

Round 1 - St. Rita

Mollie was so blessed to have all four grandparents attend Grandfriend's day at her school.  The whole crew kicked off the day at Rusty Taco for breakfast, then went to mass and then the classroom. The grandparents saw Mollie act as the "cranberry sauce" in her class play, and hit the computer lab, which is her favorite part of school outside of lunch and recess.

What a lucky little girl!

I pray I always remember the special cuddles I get when having this one at my side all day long... from the grocery store to coffee dates to the carpool line.  "Mom, cuddle time", she says, then runs at me and jumps in a hug!
