Nana and Papa Time
Everyone in this family was lucky to have a special weekend! Mollie and Kendall got Nana and Papa time. And they were literally bouncing off the walls with excitement. Nana and Papa were able to be apart of their weekday lives, getting them ready for school (including Mollie's 100th day) and ice skating, but they also had some special time just playing... with their cousins, driving cars and decorating papa.
While all of this happened Mom and Dad were lucky to get away to Cabo for a little R&R. And WOW, we really appreciated it. Thank you to Nana and Papa for a perfect weekend from all four of us!

Parent Visitation Day
Mollie had the chance to show off why she loves her school, and Mom and Dad were treated to seeing this big girl in action! The highlights was watching her tag her friends in PE and the cheer they did in her classroom. Love you and so proud of you miss mollie!

Happy Half Birthday KK!
Since the summer birthday miss the school celebrations, Kendall's class celebrates 1/2 birthdays. I was lucky enough to be a part of the celebration with her buddies, a singing birthday cake and some pudding with a cherry on top. So fun to watch you beaming with excitement as you enjoyed every minute being the center of attention. Thanks for being so joyful sweet girl! Four is six months away... WHOA! I will enjoy the last six months of having a "baby"!
Pedicures!
Mama needed a quick pedicure before I headed to the beach... what to do... SPECIAL GIRL TIME!
The girls can't stop staring at their sparkly pink toes!

Happy Birthday to the best!
Daddy, we love you SO much and had such a fun weekend celebrating in so many different ways with good food and good friends! From the tie dye cake, to the fancy dinner out to the brisket bake to breaking in the pizza oven... it was quite a festival for a Dad and hubby who deserves every minute of celebration. CHEERS!

Farewell to an Instiution
The Patrizio's Patio in Highland Park Village is closing. I've had many fun meals there with many friends, and a special big girl lunch with Aunt Annie and Miss Mollie. Kendall had never been, so we had to change that before it was gone. We had a relaxing ;) lunch with Sienna and KK on the patio before they shut their doors.

Ice Skating
This one was SO excited to start ice skating lessons today. It was so much fun to watch her confidently out there!! And a little less fun when we had to leave early because of a big fall... but she'll be back next week! Way to get back up on the skates big girl.

A Bob
On our third trip to the hair salon, we had success!
Kendall jumped in the pink car, watched the movie, and left with a smile and the most precious bob! She looks SO old and I just love it!

Last Day of Break
Daddy's back at work, but the girls have one more day of relaxation and girl time! We are soaking up every minute. We even tried to treat them with their first sleep over to celebrate, but that didn't last long :) It was a magical Christmas break.

Big Bike Adventures
Mollie got a new basket for her new bike yesterday.
This morning, Kendall was sad when she ran out of waffles for breakfast, so Mollie decided it was her mission to bike to the grocery store and put her basket to good use.
In the meantime, Grandma and Grandpa came to say "Goodbye" as they departed after their 7 week stay. Mollie was in tears as she rode down the street after their car waving. They we continued on to the grocery and picked up waffles for her sis, and a treat of course :)
It was an awesome scene seeing this sweet girl in her Russian fur hat, helmet and rain boots riding her big bike down the street waving on this freezing day of Christmas break.
Goodbye Grandma and Grandpa. We will miss you so much.
