The Zoo with You!

KK, I could watch you watch the animals all day long.

When I told KK we were  going to the zoo this morning for some Mom/Kendall time, 

she jumped up and screamed "I'M SO EXCITED!"

It was so special to have this morning with her while Mollie and Daddy were away at their campout.

The semi-annual trip with these special daddy daughter duos returns.

This time with fishing/shooting/off roading/wildlife watching and mega exploring!

Safe to say they had a blast on this 20,000 acre slice of paradise!

The princesses have become less important in our lives as the super heroes have taken over.  Kendall was supposed to be putting on pajamas getting ready for bed, and she came out of her room geared up to save the world! Go get 'em super girl!  You made our night!

I'm 37!

And I couldn't be happier! Life is SO SO good.  I am thankful everyday for the BEST family, most fun and supportive friends, and so much joy in my life.  My heart is overflowing!

Thanks to all of you for the special hugs, cards, toasts and celebrations that make cruising into my 38th year so exciting.  LOVE YOU!

My Happy Place on my birthday weekend

The Rustic patio is one of the places that just makes me happy.  Watching the kids run, listening to live music, and chatting over a scooner.  So I was so grateful to celebrate my birthday with the whole Parks clan on the patio and listen to some wonderful acoustic while the kids goofed. Feeling so blessed on this birthday weekend!!!!!

 Then the smiles got even bigger while we jammed to music on the way home!  Thanks for always having fun with me girls.  I am forever happy and forever grateful!

DISNEY DAY!

I cannot lie, as much as this was a trip for the girls and wasn't at the top of our lists, when we drove under this sign, I got goosebumps (and maybe a little teary eyed).  The girls had potentially never been so excited, and we could feel it just driving up!

Here are our little minnie mouses posing in front of the magical castle.  

The joy overflowed immediately!  There was nothing quite like seeing the excitement through their eyes.  Each and everything got better and better, and the fun never stopped.

Below are the highlights of them meeting every single princess to be found, the Disney Jr. buddies, Minnie - which was a HUGE highlight for Kendall... the afternoon parade... the evening light parade... the fireworks!  We fit it all in and smiled from sun up til sun down!

Daddy even made it into a movie :) Look at that actor!!!

The perfect way to cap off the trip.  I would have never thought these girls could still be smiling at 10:30pm, but they were... and this was amazing!

Cheers to memories and magic that will never be forgotten, and can probably never be duplicated!
