Recital Time!

I could not have been more proud of our little ballerina.  All dolled up, she was so excited to get to her fancy auditorium and perform her routine on stage.  She became even more excited when she saw the cheerleaders who came to support her!!  I don't know if she enjoyed watching the big girls open the show more, or actually dancing, but the night seemed to be a big hit, and it was so fun to be a part of it all.  It is so much fun having a little girl who dreams of being a princess! So proud of you Mollie!

Getting ready for the big night

I don't know what was more exciting, the actual recital, or wearing BLUSH AND LIPSTICK?!!! She had been counting down the days to wear makeup like Mom, and primping before the recital didn't disappoint. She was oh so excited to be fancy, and she looked absolutely gorgeous.

My heart melts!

Sienna Angel is here

The girls were so excited to welcome their first cousin on the Sieger side, and even more excited when they found out it was a girl (because "girls are just so pretty")!

Welcome to the world Sienna Kay Parks.  Mollie wanted you to be named "Angel", but she is ok with calling you "Sienna Angel". It has been amazing to see how little you are and how big my babies look when they're with you.

Dining and Dancing

We were lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa join us on the patio for dinner the evening before Mollie's ballet recital.  She spent the dinner hour practicing her routine on the veranda, providing great dinner entertainment (luckily only for our family, as it was pouring rain!).  We are excited for the big show!

Sissy was trying to keep up.

 And they're off...

Adventure!

So happy to have Grandpa and Grandma in town for the arrival of our first Sieger side cousin.  We had an awesome adventure to the farmer's market to gear up for some canning and planting.
Girls LOVED helping pick out flowers and enjoyed the samples!

Mother's Day

Some of the best memories of my life come from these two little faces.
Celebrating it this weekend brought tears of thanks to my eyes.
Words cannot express the joy these girls bring to my life.

Thank you to Daddy and my two lovelies for treating me to such a special weekend and making me feel like such a special mama!
Also love that we got to celebrate with my sis -  a future mommy, my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and soon my own mom.  All people who inspire me daily as Mothers.  Love to you all!
