This week has meant a lot to mom and dad with two girls rounding the corner to 1 and 4, but today meant a lot to the girls (specifically the 4 year old :) Kendall and Mollie's joint pool party was everything they could have hoped for. Great friends and family, six pools, water ballons, an art table, but most importantly cake AND donuts! The girls were full of smiles (Kendall had a brief scream when the birthday hat strap snapped on her face... the same accident that explained the cry on her actual birthday), both diving, splashing, smiling and downing multiple donuts and cake. Kendall's smile slowly took over after the hat snap as she figured out just how yummy a chocolate sprinkle donut hole is! Mollie tried to sneak a sampling of four different donuts as well as her cake. These are my girls!
Girls, it was so much fun to celebrate you together with all of your friends. Love you to pieces!
