Well, we did it. Thanks to an art project at Mollie's school where they made the "Texas Star",
Mollie has been asking to go to the fair. Although Mollie's favorite part was playing with her friends, and Kendall didn't even get on the horse on the carousel until the ride was over, we consider our first State Fair of Texas trip a huge hit. Mollie and Daddy went straight for the biggest roller coaster, which caused some cold feet for the rest of the day. Luckily, there was cotton candy and corn dogs to distract from the rolling tummy.
