Halloween!!!

It's easy to see how Halloween became my favorite holiday when I became a parent.  Until the next holiday :) These kids are in their element.  SUCH FUN to be a part of their excitement!  This year, as hard as I tried for the wolf and little red riding hood, we ended up with two girlie girl costumes (surprising?!).

Presenting - Rapunzel and the ferry ballerina...

Here's the Caruth Crew gearing up for the big event. We kicked the evening off with a little pre-party in our front yard.
Two princesses admiring their pea.

This was how they spent most of the time at the party.
And we're off!  Mollie tore through the neighborhood at full speed ahead, finishing the night with "like a hundred pieces of candy".  Kendall was about a block behind because she ate every piece of candy when she received it.  Not a very full bucket for her when we finished.

Our first Halloween with two girls that "get it"... success!

Our Performer

Mollie lit up on stage at the school Halloween performance.  She said every word of their five songs and poems, and did all of the accompanying hand gestures.  Proud mama and Aunt Annie in the crowd LOVED seeing her in action, her personality shining in front of the audience.

Soccers and Sisters

Great day for our last game.  Mollie was thrilled to have a cheering section with Sienna, Josh, Annie and Nana.  And even more thrilled that Annie brought donuts.  It was exciting to see Mollie's first break away of the season, and even more exciting to see her proud face.
