Back in snowy Colorado, after a covid-forced break last year. This trip was truly incredible because we got to enjoy everything from a foot of fresh powder to a bluebird day. And we can now officially ski all together as a family. Everyone can hang. It is truly a lifelong dream come true. My heart is SO full!
Highlights:
- First tracks every day. One day, they let us got on the lift before the mountain was officially open! I'll never forget it!
- All the snow - we had to leave a day early to beat the epic snowstorm of the decade. And then we got to ski in the powder!
- Taking you to the TOP of the mountain!
- Tubing in a pure white out. More Mollie's jam than Kendalls!!
- Spoons and poker!
- Your first Colorado Black Diamond... Rosie's Run. Followed by a much deserved toast at the bottom at JJ's.
- All the laughs at the most gorgeous sledding spot we've ever found. In a foot of powder hidden on the side of the ski hill.
- Skiing thru the trees on "the witches" trail. All.the.time! Just like I used to do with my sis!
- Terrain parks. Lots of terrain parks. Kendall knew the names of all the tricks and toys in the park by the end of the week!
