Shaving Shenanigans

After begging for months to shave with a friend, we packed up your new fancy shaver and headed to Finely's house! This is a night I will never forget.  You two were so excited and couldn't stop giggling through the entire process.  You'll always be my baby, but some parts of watching you grow up are so very fun!!!!  Cheers to our ten year olds!

Grandpa and Grandma and the pizza oven

We said goodbye to Grandpa's pizza oven tonight, since the Parks are moving into their new house.  Thank goodness for all the wonderful memories of you two tossing doe in the air and making pizzas on the oven grandpa built!

And Thank goodness Grandpa and Grandma stuck around for some more fun!

It was quite a visit of birthday celebrating, adventuring, sweet treats, sports cheering and more!

This is going to be fun!

A Fall Day?!

We had a surprise fall day, so we headed to our favorite patio and you two laughed and bundled up in blankets.  It was such a treat, especially knowing it will be back to 90 tomorrow.

Today we read Elephant and Piggy.  I was the Ele and you were the Piggy and you were AWESOME!

Then we had a blast doing crafts and I left with some cute pics of you and a big smile! Love being in the class with you.

Happy Labor Day

This year we planned much better for the cardboard boat regatta.  And we STILL won fastest sinker! HA!  Congrats Mollie, your team's boat didn't even make it away from the side before sinking, and you were so excited for your trophy!!!

You ladies and your buddies worked so hard making your boats and it was so much fun to watch the whole thing, then hang out with our friends and celebrate our traditions after it was over.  Thank goodness the coin and soda dives were successes since our boats were all sinkers :)
