My trusty sidekick has started the road to reading, conquered the pizza pie skiing, ridden a tandem bike with me and started in your first musical play! Every day who you are and what you know and what you want to learn blows me away!
You are so brave...
- you skied with a big smile in the middle of a huge snow storm, swam in Lake Michigan when it was 70 degrees outside, had a speaking line and a singing line in your first play about being a pirate and sat in the ocean waves for hours with me as we jumped and let them crash over us.
You are so curious...
- you are devouring books about history... the titanic, egypt and mummies, volcanoes, lightning and the weather and more, ask a million questions every night before bed about how the world works and always say "I'm just so curious, I can't help it!"
You love to perform...
- you dress up in costumes almost every day and put on performances with song and dance, you went to cheerleading camp and LOVED it and you tried tap this year and danced to "New York, New York" on the big stage.
You love to use your imagination...
- you make up dances and songs and tell long stories, play with your dolls and ponies and create wonderful scenes and games and you color and color and create and color some more.
You are my sidekick! I love you and am SO proud of who you are and smile thinking of the things we've done together already. Can't wait to see what the next year has in store!
