Easter Weekend

Quite a memorable weekend with two chocoholic participants!

We started Easter weekend with our fifth annual family Easter egg hunt.  Since there was rain in the forecast and the kids are getting a bit older and wiser, we had a bit of fun hiding the eggs throughout the house this year!

Mollie made banana chocolate chip muffins for our treat.

And we're off...

Kendall was a little slow to grasp the concept.
But we couldn't complain about the instant sharing.
Maybe this was before they figured out there were treats inside.

 Ahhhh.... treats....

EASTER MORNING - THE EASTER BUNNY CAME

And then we loaded up on donuts and coffee and headed off to one of the most amazing church services of my life.  We sat front row, but three steps to the exit.  Hearing the the Easter music and worshiping with my three most important people beside me was such a treat, such a gift.  Mollie has been taught well in school, and we got lucky with Kendall.  AMEN!

 Behaving is exhausting!
Then off to a perfect family brunch.

And capped off the celebration with a wonderful Easter dinner at Nana and Papas.

The festivities concluded with a parade of dressed up cousins.

Unfortunately, the video isn't loading right now, so the two snaps below are all we have for now.  I will update when we have some snapshots of Ariel and the rest of the crew.

What a wonderfully memorable Easter Holiday.  "What holiday is next?" Mollie asks ;)
